The 17th International Seminar on Hydropower Plants uses ConfTool, a conference management software, to handle the registration and abstract submission » Online registration. Please follow the steps below to register as a participant. (Click on thumbnail to enlarge the link.)

Creating a New Conftool Account
I) Create a New ConfTool Account
If you have not obtained a ConfTool account for this conference before, your first step will be to create a new account. As author, member of the program committee or reviewer for this event, you will most likely already hold a ConfTool account. Please use your existing account for registration as participant. To create a new account select the link "Register New" on the login page and follow the instructions given there. Please enter your full name and address, and provide a valid e-mail address, since these details are required to contact you. If you already hold an account, log-in with your user name and password at "Registered Users".

If your secretary registers you for the conference, the record of the participant should be entered as this data are necessary for the participant list. For the purpose of registration confirmation, the email address of the secretary could be entered at the "Secondary E-mail (optional)" field. Both, the participant and your secretary will get the confirmation email on registration.

II) The Participant Registration Process
To start the registration process, please click on "Register as Participant" at the overview page of your ConfTool account. The registration process consists of 4 steps.
III) Registration Process STEP 1 of 4
First, please state your participant status (Regular, Presenter, Exhibitor participant, Student / Ph.D. Student or Open Source CFD Workshop participant only). If you have any questions, please contact the event organizers by contact form.
IV) Registration Process STEP 2 of 4
Now select the items you want to book for this conference. The prices depend on your registration status and the time of registration.
V) Registration Process STEP 3 of 4
Please enter your payment details now. Please note: If the Invoice address is different to the adress of the registered user, please fill in the different invoice adress at input fields below.
 
NOTE: You have the choice between two payment options:
  • Bank/wire transfer
  • Creditcard (accepted cards: Mastercard or VISA)

  • In case you choose the bank/wire transfer option you will get a confirmation email with the bank account information otherwise you will be forwarded to a secure creditcard payment site.
    VI) Registration Process STEP 4 of 4
    Finally, confirm your entries and the registration terms for participants. Please note that your registration for participation is binding and the full fee has to be paid within the given period.
    VII) Welcome to the 17th International Seminar on Hydropower Plants 2012
    After completing the registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the payment details.
